Teri Moïse (born in Los Angeles, March 25, 1970) is an American singer.
After Haitian immigrant parents living in the poor neighborhood of South Los Angeles, she began studying economics at the University of Berkeley (near San Francisco). In 1990, she arrived in France to study literature at the Sorbonne while working as an au pair.
Later, she returned to California to join the Los Angeles Musician Institute.
Returning to France after officiated as a bassist in several bands, she works as a singer in Paris. She released her first album in 1996, mixed by a member of the duo Air. Teri began a short tour and gets a victory music.
She sells five hundred thousand copies of his debut album, and released a second a few years later, sold over one hundred thousand units.
